ALTA Paramedic Health (APH) is seeking an Emergency Medical Responder for Inter Facility Transport in the Edmonton area. Ideal candidates should have strong assessment skills and the ability to transport patients safely and efficiently.
As an Emergency Medical Responder with APH, you’ll work in a demanding environment, responding to emergency calls and assisting in the transportation of patients. Your role involves operating ambulances, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring proper documentation. You will be required to work various shift patterns and maintain a patient-focused approach throughout your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions
• Transport ill or injured patients between facilities
• Operate various transport vehicles safely
• Maintain well-stocked and equipped ambulances
