Locum and Full-Time Emergency Physician Opportunities – Belleville General Hospital, Ontario
About Us
Nestled on the shores of the beautiful Bay of Quinte in southeastern Ontario, Belleville General Hospital is a robust 260-bed community hospital serving a vibrant region with excellent access to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and upstate New York. Our Emergency Department sees over 39,500 cases annually , with daily patient volumes ranging from 95–120 .
We have various locum shifts available from September 1–30 .
Opportunities exist in both the fast‑track and higher acuity areas. All shifts average 8–9 hours. There may be up to four physicians on duty, depending on the time of day.
Remuneration
- Approximate hourly rates: $226.00 - $288.00 , depending on shift and time of day with a shadow billing premium of 37%
