Job Description
Great opportunity for an ER Physician to join a growing ER department in rural South Carolina just inland from coastal Beaufort, SC.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Room Physician
- 12 hour shifts - some 24 hours shifts possible
- 14-16, 12 hour shifts a month or 7, 24 hour shifts a month
- Both day and night shifts are available
- One physician on staff each shift but plans to add an NP to model
- New expansion in process ready to open now - will double the size and volume
- Expansion includes EmPath behavioral medicine treatment, 2-3 Fasttrack rooms, and more
- Rural hospital with very modern facilities, fully equipped lab and imaging dept, strong surgical dept, ICU, and inpatient medical care
- Strong affiliation relationship with University of SC
- ICU beds
