Coverage Needed

  • Start Date:
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts ();
    • orientation , 8a-4p
    • 07-01 - 07/04, 8a-8a
    • 07-21 - 07-25, 8a-8a
    • 08-24 - 08-30, 8a-8a

Clinical Details

  • EMR System: MediTech
  • Practice Settings: Outpatient
  • Patients Per Shift: 25
  • Support Staff: 3 RN
  • Beds: 9 ED beds; 18 inpatient beds
  • Trauma Level: 3 (working towards level 4)
  • Critical Access Hospital
  • Annual visits: approximately 8,000
  • Admission rate: 3.4%
  • Transfer rate: 3.8%
  • Chest Pain accredited
  • Joint Commission accredited
  • Fully-staffed Obstetrics Unit

Requirements

  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
