  • Annual ED Volume: 40,000
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma center
  • Requirements: BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM with 2 years of emergency medicine experience, Active Ohio license and DEA, or IMLC, ATLS
  • No temporary privileges allowed
  • 90-day privileging timeframe
