Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support hotels during the implementation of their new technology platform, EMMA. The role involves resolving tickets during the Hypercare phase and ensuring successful and timely delivery to hotels.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of experience, and be fluent in English and French, with strong organization and communication skills. Travel may be required.
