Independently manage a book of employee benefits clientsDevelop marketing strategies with Risk Advisors and Senior Client ManagersHandle new business and renewal lifecycle end-to-endMarket accounts to carriers and negotiate coverage, pricing, and termsPrepare proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, and submissionsManage BOR (Broker of Record) letters and client setup in EPICConduct client onboarding and relationship-buildingLead open enrollment meetingsProcess enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updatesAudit enrollments 45 days post-effective dateTerminate prior coverage within 15 days of new policy startMaintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriersProactively engage clients at least 4 times per yearHandle claims inquiries, billing discrepancies, delinquent premiums, and COBRA administration questionsEnsure accurate data management...
