- Program Build and Execution: Support the planning, facilitation and execution of employee engagement, culture-building, and team development activities
- Content Development: Create internal communication materials including posters, feature articles, email blasts, etc.
- Program Monitoring: Collect and analyze survey data and feedback to gather insights and improve program effectiveness
