Join our team as an Employee Engagement Intern to support and execute initiatives that foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, team-building events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building campaigns.
- Support internal communications, including surveys, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Help gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to assess engagement and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update engagement trackers, calendars, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events like town halls, onboarding sessions, and milestone celebrations.
