We’re looking for detail-driven professionals to join our Wealth Operations team at Kotak Neo and play a key role in delivering seamless client experiences.
Location- Goregaon (Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Prioritizing Mumbai based individuals only.
Job Role-
- Manage day-to-day wealth operations including MF, distribution, equity, PMS, AIF, bonds, and other investment products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of wealth clients with complete documentation and KYC compliance.
- Oversee transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliation across products.
- Coordinate with RMs, dealers, and back-office teams to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalations, and client queries promptly.
