Role Summary
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused HR Operations
professional who will independently manage day-to-day HR operations across the
employee lifecycle. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring strong
ownership, accuracy, and process discipline in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Ensure accurate HRMS data entry for new joiners
- Track and manage probation confirmations
