Responsibilities- Lead client-facing growth initiatives—own propositions, manage internal and external relationships, and drive pipeline creation and conversion.
- Act as growth lead for Employee Experience propositions, ensuring seamless handover from sales to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co‑create solution plays and run joint sessions (webinars, workshops).
