Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, contracts and employee data across entities
- Ensure statutory compliance - PF, gratuity, PT, ESIC, labour law requirements
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Paysquare and resolve discrepancies
- Manage leave, attendance and HRIS data;
maintain a centralized HR master tracker
Policy & Process
- Implement, communicate and maintain all core HR policies - Leave, Travel & Reimbursement, Code of Conduct, POSH, IT Access and Laptop policies
