Creation, review, and management of purchase orders, repair orders, and complaint orders, as well as deliveriesCreation of internal orders and processing of prices agreed upon with the sales teamReview of incoming contracts regarding terms and conditionsHandling of customer inquiries and delivery formalitiesPreparation and processing of customs formalities within the EU and in third countriesArchiving of all required documents and correspondence with the customerPreparation of the customer’s invoice and all relevant shipping documents following delivery of spare parts, tools, and materialsReview of all open orders for delays, tracking of reminders, and informing the customer of changesYour profile:
