We are a consultancy who are in need of procuring an employee profile tool. We have tried to find a solution but can’t seem to find something that meets our requirements and need someone else now who can spend more time researching the various tools/solutions available.We need an excel document summarising a number (perhaps 3-5) solutions that meet our requirements. The excel should compare the following criteria: cost per month, requirement 1 description, requirement 2 description, etc.
Our 3 requirements;
1. Have staff profiles w/ basic info such as name, address, contact details, profile image, attach CV to their profile, etc. – the staff should be able to access their profiles to keep them up to date
2. Search skills (we must be able to search the database for specific skills and return a list of people who match those skills)
