This role can be based in Perth or Brisbane.
THE ROLEReporting directly into the ER Manager, you will be working within a small team of 4. Responsibilities include:
- Manage internal employee relations (ER) inquiries, including triaging issues and escalating complex matters to senior ER/IR leads as required.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations casework, including grievances, return-to-work matters, and workers’ compensation administration.
- Prepare, review, and finalise documentation for enterprise bargaining (EB) and enterprise agreement (EA) negotiations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
