Job Description
Manage HR strategies and enhance employee engagement as an Employee Relations and Staffing Manager. Focus on resolving personnel concerns, supporting recruitment efforts, and implementing training programs.
Reporting to the Manager, HR, you’ll play a pivotal role in interpreting HR policies and addressing employee relations matters. Your responsibilities will include developing staffing plans, writing job descriptions, and handling short/long term disability claims. You will also contribute to ongoing improvements in HR practices and support collective bargaining agreements.
