Join our HR team as an Employee Relations Staff!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Assist in payroll-related concerns when needed
• Conduct field work as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Experience in employee relations and onboarding
• Proficient in MS Office
