Your new role
This role is focused on managingplex employee relations matters across a regional, multi-site business, partnering closely with senior leaders to minimise risk and strengthen management capability.You’ll take ownership of high-level casework including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE activity, long-term absence and settlement discussions, as well as supporting tribunal preparation alongside external counsel.
