Employee Relations Business Partner - Belfast - Permanent
The role
As Employee Relations Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on all aspects of ER including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and conflict resolution.
You will also play a key role in maintaining positive working relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, ensuring collaborative and constructive dialogue on matters that impact our people and the business.
The main responsibilities
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations cases including grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance and capability.
- Support managers with proactive ER advice, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organisation.
