About the role
As an Employee Relations Consultant, Assistant Vice President, you will provide expert advice and support to business divisions and corporate functions in Poland, ensuring the effective management of internal and external employee relations matters and associated risks, including legal, financial, and reputational risk.
The Employee Relations team plays a critical role in the overall success of the organisation. Across the globe, State Street supports institutional investors in managing risk, responding to challenges, and driving performance.
