A leading UK professional services firm is hiring an HR Advisor to sit at the heart of its People team, owning employee relations across a defined client group and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders. This is a role for someone who can hold the room advising on ER matters with the confidence and credibility to guide line managers through complex, sometimes sensitive situations, and resolve issues pragmatically before they escalate. THE OPPORTUNITY You'll be the first point of contact for ER and performance queries across your client group, partnering closely with senior HR leads, managers and partners.
