Employee Relations Lead: Investigations & Policy Expert

Scotiabank is seeking an Employee Relations Manager located in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is integral to the success of the Employee Relations and Labour Relations strategy, responsible for managing investigations and advising employees on HR issues. The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary degree in Law and have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
