Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visit REGASCO Refilling Plants and get necessary documents for all administrative case
- Assist the Labor Relation Team in handling and completing the end-to-end process of employee disciplinary cases
- Maintains accurate records of employee’s administrative case
- Help labor relations team to ensure closures of cases
- Assist in preparation of labor reports
- Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns
- Monitor, update and maintain a tracking system for the admin cases of REGASCO and Affiliates
- Follow-up Plant HR Associate for lacking documents in all administrative cases
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- With At least 6 months to 1 year experience handling Employee and Labor relations
