Elevation HR are currently recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist for a technology driven manufacturing business. The role will provide expert employment law, collective bargaining and engagement advice relating to trade unions, employee relations, and HR policy.

To provide Employee Relations advice to the business on collective bargaining arrangements, current policies and procedures and best practice in dealing with collective grievances Support and develop a team of HR Advisors To support in the delivery of revised collective bargaining arrangements, pay award discussions and revisions to terms and conditions of employment Support or lead the Employee Relations aspects of HR/Business Projects and Change activity to ensure compliance with Legal, Policy, Collective requirements To create a refreshed set of HR policie...
