**Title:** HR Specialist
**Location:** North Chicago IL (100% Onsite)
**Duration: 3+** Months (Possibility to extend)
**Shift Time:** 8am to 5pm
**Pay Range :** $27/hr to $34/hr (On W2)

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Participate in a variety of employee relations activities to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.
+ Executes the delivery of services to provide a single point of contact for efficiently providing highly accessible expert Employee Relations.
+ Interfaces across multiple businesses and or countries and ensures compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations, policies and practices.
+ Interpret and administer the organization's collective agreements and individual employment contracts so that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the organization'...
