Frazer Jones is pleased to partner with a well‑established global organisation to appoint an Employee Relations Specialist . Based in Singapore, this position provides the opportunity to shape and influence the organisation’s employee relations agenda across the region, contributing to fair workplace practices, policy enhancement, risk mitigation, and capability building.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will take ownership of a broad range of ER‑related matters from start to finish. This includes supporting leaders and employees through complex or sensitive cases such as performance issues, grievances, misconduct, and conflict resolution, guiding decision‑making to ensure outcomes are fair, consistent, and compliant with local regulations. The workload includes day‑to‑day advisory support as well as cases requiring deeper judgement, discretion, and the ability to remain objective during high‑pressure situations.
