You will join a team of 21 people within the ETI & MM commercial department. You will work with corporate clients, primarily large companies.

On a daily basis, your missions will be to:

  • Train HR teams and social partners on topics related to employee savings and additional retirement (PEE, PERCOL, PERO, FCPE), financial products, and employee shareholding;
  • Design and evolve the training offer (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by incorporating elements of gamification, activities, quizzes, etc.

    • As an Employee Savings and Retirement Trainer, you will participate in the development of the training activity, which is rapidly expanding, and in creating a differentiated service that is highly valued by our clients.
