Job Description

POSITION 3: Employer Engagement / Partnerships Lead

JD for Recruitment:

  • Recruits, onboards, and manages relationships with rural healthcare employer partners across WV counties

  • Negotiates and executes enforceable employer participation agreements covering apprenticeship participation, wage obligations, and reporting

  • Validates employer workforce need and role alignment to documented HPSA shortages

  • Manages corrective action and fund recovery processes for non-compliant employers

  • Tracks employer participation by site, role, and county for monthly reporting

  • Coordinates employer validation of post-apprenticeship permanent employment pathways

  • Minimum 5 years in employer relations, workforce partnerships, or healthcare HR/staffing

  • Experience executing legally binding service or participation agreements preferred
