Employment Advisor

The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment, Justice and Health team is excited to announce a new opportunity for an Employment Advisor. In this role, you will provide guidance and training services to support unemployed individuals on their journey towards employment, training, and education.


As part of The Restart Scheme, you will contribute to a government initiative offering personalised support for up to 12 months, helping people secure jobs in their local area and overcome employment barriers. 


Please note that the starting salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, increasing to £29,272 upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver advice, guidance, and training interventions for unemployed individuals.
