Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Employment Consultant (OEP) to join our team onsite in Gulberg 3, Lahore . This role is specifically focused on sourcing, screening, and actively convincing blue-collar candidates across Pakistan to pursue lucrative, legal overseas employment opportunities in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasive skills, a deep understanding of the overseas recruitment landscape in Pakistan, and a proven track record of handling bulk blue-collar recruitment (e.g., construction workers, drivers, technicians, laborers).
