The Role
As Employment Director, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing employment practice in London
- Advise on complex and high-value employment matters, including:
- Senior Executive issues
- TUPE and restructurings
- Employment litigation
- Corporate support and transactional employment
- Play a key role in business development, client relationships and firm-wide strategy
- Mentor and develop Junior Lawyers
- Work closely with Partners across corporate, commercial and regulatory teams
