Which candidates are we looking for?
- NQ – 2 PQE → getting hands‑on experience across contentious employment law work, corporate support and advisory within highly regarded regional teams
- 3 – 6 PQE → stepping into more client‑facing roles with genuine progression pathways and specialist sector exposure
- Senior Associate / Legal Director → leading complex matters, managing clients and shaping growing teams
- Partner / aspiring Partner → exploring strategic moves, team moves or platform opportunities
