Become a key player as an Employment Legal Claims Consultant based in Downtown Toronto. Handle a variety of legal claims with professional competence from Monday to Friday.
This full-time role requires you to manage employment-related claims including those with the Ministry of Labour and other relevant bodies. You will coordinate claims from intake to resolution while providing support to clients and working with external legal partners. Your ability to thrive under pressure will be recognized and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal legal claims files with precision
• Draft documents and represent clients in tribunals
• Coordinate intake and assess claims from clients
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout claims lifecycle
