As Employee Relations Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role supporting the business to manage people risk and maintain a culture that is fair, commercially balanced and values driven.
Reporting to the Manager – People & Culture Business Partnering, you’ll work on end-to-end ER matters and work closely with an HR Business Partner, leaders and MedHealth. You’ll also support safety and workers compensation processes across atWork Australia, including being the first responder to safety incidents.
In this role, you will:
- Manage end‑to‑end ER cases including misconduct, grievances, performance management and terminations
- Conduct and oversee workplace investigations ensuring procedural fairness, compliance and balanced against business outcomes
