Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing clients in disputes over issues like unfair dismissal, discrimination, or harassment.
- Advising on the legal process of redundancies, termination, and wrongful dismissal.
- Providing advice on employee rights, such as holiday pay, sick leave, and working hours.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Negotiating settlements in cases of disputes or employment-related claims.
- Advising on how to handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Helping businesses comply with laws when transferring employees as part of a business sale or restructuring.
