Contract: Fixed term, 12 months, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Support participants to achieve their employment goals, providing one-to-one coaching, job role identification and qualification support.
- Offer in-work support or job coaching to help participants learn new roles and maintain confidence in the workplace.
- Collaborate with local employers to recruit suitable candidates using alternative methods such as working interviews, job carving and shaping.
- Promote a more inclusive and diverse workforce by presenting the benefits of inclusive hiring to employers.
