Operational Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of multiple electronics manufacturing facilities which include PCAB Production , Box Build production like Single and Three Phase UPS , Industrial Drives , Power Distribution Units , Harmonic Filters etc. Production Management: Overseeing production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet quality, volume, and cost targets across the factories and Improve Labour Productivity Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality electronic products to customers.
