Summary
The EMS Training Officer is responsible for the education resource for operations of clinical and pre-hospital co- worker education systems at Parkview Health. Performs as key member of patient care report audit and review and the Peer Review process. Is a key member of the team in technology management, documentation, customer support, and technical assistance to assure the continuity of the pre-hospital patient care. Responsible for procurement for equipment and ongoing update and maintenance of the educational materials to assure all media and material is evidence-based and reviewed by clinical experts within Service Line specialty arena. Possesses the ability to conduct ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting issues and provides a solution toward resolution. Utilizes clinical support systems to assist in monitoring, auditing and assuring documentation integrity in PCR related to patient education. .
