Derbyshire County Council are looking for Enablement Support Workers in the Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START). This is a multidisciplinary team inclusive of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and health professionals working with people to promote and maintain their independence and dignity.
What You’ll Do
- Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team working alongside social workers, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to set meaningful goals that empower people to live the life they choose
