About the company/role:
Our client, a TGA-licensed leader in complementary medicines and bio-fermented products, is seeking a permanent, full-time Hard-Gel Encapsulation or Blister Machine Operator to join their dynamic production team.
Duties will include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines efficiently and safely
- Perform routine quality checks on capsules to ensure compliance with specifications
- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs with accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary
- Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with GMP standards
- Participate in changeovers and ensure minimal downtime
- Uphold cGMP, hygiene, and workplace safety at all times
