The Payroll Specialistis responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for employees in Mexico.
This mid-level role ensures adherence to Mexican labor and tax regulations, maintains payroll records, and partners closely with HR and Finance.
This role will also provide general HR support as needed.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Workbeat, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with U.S.-based stakeholders.Process payroll for Mexico-based employees using Workbeat.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.).
