Job Description
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist for a scheduled onsite dispatch role occurring once per week . The technician will provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac devices, ensuring end‑user systems remain operational and compliant with client standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for Windows laptops/desktops and Apple Mac devices .
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnose device‑related issues.
- Install, configure, and image Windows and macOS systems as required.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding activities, including workstation setup and device deployment.
- Troubleshoot operating system, application, software, and peripheral issues.
- Configure and support devices including monitors, docking stations, printers, keyboards, mice, and mobile peripherals.
- Perform software installations, updates, patching, and basic system maintenance.
