Job Description
Digitech are partnered with a prestigious Asset Management company and are looking for an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-scope role covering Level 1 to Level 3 support. You’ll work directly with end users across the business, providing responsive support, managing devices, and driving automation and process improvements.
You’ll also take ownership of video conferencing tools, identity integrations, and endpoint management. If you enjoy solving problems, automating tasks, and improving the way people work, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End IT Support: Resolve hardware, software, and access issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
- Video Conferencing: Install, support, and optimise tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Yealink systems.
