·Experienced Endoscopy Practitioner able to provide competent and skilled assistance, and competent to take patients consent for endoscopic procedures following all trust policies.
·Day to day operational management of DTC Endoscopy. To support the band 7 in the delivery of the service by the team or area that you are responsible for or have been delegated the responsibility
·To participate in the On-call rota to assist with emergency out of hours endoscopy procedures.
· To participate in supporting the Capsule service by organising capsule clinics and pre assessment.
·High standards of Professional Practice to ensure quality and safety of patient care, experience and the patient journey
·Monitoring key quality and performance indicators and service pressures and recommending /implementing actions to address them.
