Our customer is seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago. This role is crucial for providing direct, in-person technical support to our users at our solution cafe and ensuring smooth IT operations. While the daily volume is low, this position offers significant opportunity for growth into higher-level engineering tasks for a motivated individual. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users at the solution cafe, addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems. • Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support. • Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes. • Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices. • Provide support for the Office 365 environment....
