Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution Collaborate with team members to implement and support hardware and software upgrades Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
