Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years' experience in technical sales, the energy/solar industry, or B2B solutions sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with engineers, facility managers, and executives
  • Experience in solar PV, energy systems, inverters, or energy management systems (EMS)
  • Exposure to industrial or commercial environments
  • Basic technical understanding of power systems (kW, kVA, load, PV, battery) and energy cost‑saving concepts (TOU, peak shaving, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Visit existing and prospective clients regularly
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the company's full capabilities
