Enforcement Manager: Regulatory Investigations & Strategy

ADGM is looking for a Manager for its Enforcement Department to oversee regulatory investigations. The position demands 8-10 years of experience in regulatory enforcement or investigations, especially within financial services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex investigations, enhancing the FSRA’s strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
