Summary of Role
Engagement Portfolio Lead, Singapore Public Sector, is a senior delivery role which ensures delivery excellence for the assigned programs, delivering with high customer satisfaction delivering pro.
The individual needs to have good experience managing large-scale complex projects from delivery timeline, quality, budget and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities- Owns & program manages large scale development/ implementation delivery from account perspective.
- Owns end-to-end delivery for delivery commitments to client from account perspective.
- Owns and decides multi-service line solutions involving final bid estimation and solution review.
- Develop and build sustainable delivery organization both at account/project levels.
- Owns delivery accountability for the project(s) and also drives delivery efficiencies.
